Telangana Government has decided to hold the much awaited DSC for the recruitment of teachers’ post in the month of April 2016. The decision was taken following a meeting of Deputy Chief Minister of the state Kadiyam Srihari along with the officials of school education department. During the meeting, the officials told the deputy CM that it was difficult conduct the teacher recruitment exam before April 2016 thanks to the exam season which would begin from February every year. Keeping this in mind, the Deputy CM directed the officials to begin the process for conducting the exam in April. He told the officials to fill up 20,000 teachers’ vacancies through the DSC.
Srihari also asked the officials to prepare the syllabus, guidelines and terms and conditions for the conduct of the exam. The officials of the school education department have also reportedly told to the Deputy CM that it was difficult to hold DSC and TET exam simultaneously for practical difficulties.
